How much is shipping?We offer free standard shipping on all orders in Canada. Shipping costs for US may vary due to customs and shipping location.

How long does delivery take?Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days in Canada while it can take 7-15 days in US. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

Do you offer express shipping?Not right now. But we're working towards providing an express shipping service at an additional cost.

What is your return policy?Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at sales@petsgonewild.ca to start a return.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?We’re so sorry! Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
